Cancellation policy

Bestay is applying 3 standard cancellation policies, namely: Flexible, Moderate and Strict. The cancellation policy will be selected by the host for each room. You can refer to the details of each cancellation policy below.
Flexible cancellation:
Guests will receive a full refund if cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 24 hours before check-in. If guests cancel after 48 hours of booking and at least 24 hours before check-in, the service fee is non-refundable.
For example:
Booking with a total amount of $200, check-in at 2:00 pm on August 31st and check-out on September 1st. The guest will be refunded $200 if cancel within 48 hours of booking succeeded; $200 minus a service fee (if) if cancel after 48 hours of booking succeeded and latest before 1:59 pm of August 30th; 50% of the total booking amount minus the first night and fees if cancel from 2:00 pm on August 30th to 1:59 pm on August 31st.
