Currently, Bestay accepts 2 payment methods:

1. Via Ngan Luong payment gateway(you can pay with credit cards such as Visa, Master card, ... via this payment gateway)

2. Direct deposit to Bestay's receiving account

If you’re ready to book a place on Bestay, you can send a request to the host to book a reservation. If you’re unsure about the listing or its availability, you can also send a message to the host.
To send a reservation request:

1. On a listing, click Request to Book.
2. If you see Instant Book, the host is allowing you to book their place instantly. Your reservation will be automatically confirmed after step 4.
2.1. Review your reservation details to make sure everything is correct.
2.2. Add your payment information, including any coupon code you may have.
2.3. Agree to the policies and terms, including the host’s cancellation policy and house rules.
2.4. Wait for the host’s response. The host has 24 hours to reply, but most reply within a few hours.
2.5. Some hosts require that you complete the Verified ID process before confirming a reservation.
If your request is accepted, you’ll be charged in full for the reservation. If the host declines the request or doesn’t respond within 24 hours, no charge is made.

To make a reservation on Bestay, you need:
1. Complete your profile.
Please complete the profile before you request a reservation with host, so they can know a little about you when they confirm. Bestay is built on trust which based on validated information
2. Find the right place.
Make sure the location you choose has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable trip.
When searching for a location, make sure to include the date and number of guests to get the most accurate price. Read reviews, descriptions, house rules, and amenities for each accommodation to see if it suits your trip. You can always contact the landlord if you have any questions about their home.
3. Make a reservation!
You've found the perfect place, and now it's time to formalize it. This is where the host's preferred reservation method will determine how you will confirm a reservation.
3.1.Book now
For homeowners who do not want to approve each booking request, you will see a Book Now button on their homepage / room for rent. As the name implies, you can confirm reservations at these houses immediately.
3.2.Booking required
Many landlords want to approve a reservation before the reservation is completed. In this case, you will see the Request a reservation button on their homepage / room for rent. To submit a booking request, you need to enter your payment details. The landlord has 24 hours to accept your request and your reservation will be automatically confirmed after they accept.

On Bestay, host sets cancellation policies to apply when guests book a room. Terms vary by location and the amount of time remaining at check-in.
You will find cancellation information at the bottom of the homepage/room for the place you want to book. You can also review the cancellation policy before booking. After booking, you will see the details in the booking confirmation email and in your Manage your booking page.

Most refunds arrive within 10 days, but for some payment methods and regions, it might take longer.
We send your refund on the day your reservation is canceled. Once we send it, the refund is on its way, and your payment provider (for example, your bank or credit card issuer) will have the most up-to-date info about when funds will arrive.
