PROCESS FOR CUSTOMERS
When members, users and customers want to rent any accommodation posted on the site, there are a few notes you need to follow:

After finding a suitable place, you can book a room directly on Bestay.vn or call customer service to book by phone. Information is listed on the Website.
After completing the booking process, you will have to complete payment procedures within 24 hours from the time you receive the booking confirmation email of Bestay.
We ask all of our partners, the property owners, to provide complete, accurate, detailed and truthful information about their accommodation.
